The building permit procedures ensure that the facilities under construction comply with environmental, construction and technical rules, taking into account the environment. In particular for industrial projects, permitting is a complex and complex process requiring detailed knowledge of the official procedures and considerable expert support. As a general contractor, we undertake the full management of the permitting procedures for projects.
The feasibility studies we prepare for our projects include a feasibility study, which we carry out with our own environmental and other experts. Building construction
During the construction phase, we provide a complete general construction service, from the responsible technical management of all the disciplines involved to the coordination of technical and health and safety aspects in accordance with the legislation.
We support the construction process with qualified and authorised site managers, project managers and technical inspectors. If required, we can also provide specialists with welding quality control qualifications for special quality control tasks.
