TECHNICAL PREPARATION ENGINEER
Key project data
Preparation of budgets and cost estimates based on plans and technical parameters
Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation
Request for tenders from subcontractors and suppliers Participation in site surveys, site visits
Preparing quantity calculations on the basis of plans
Liaising with subcontractors and contracting authorities in Hungarian and English
Preparation of reports, schedules, presentation material
Experience in the field of procurement, working experience
What makes the position successful
to be successfully filled
You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or other relevant tertiary qualifications – it is important that you have a good understanding of construction plans and processes
At least 3-5 years relevant professional experience – in construction, including building construction
Strong user level MS Office skills with excel at a professional level
Communication skills in English
