LAKOGEP will get involved as soon as is practical. Following a structured Client Meeting to establish and define immediate and relevant key issues, we go beyond the plans and drawings to fully assess and ensure a thorough appreciation of the buildability of the project. We advise our Client on the precise requirements necessary in order for key decisions to be made. This information is then compiled into a register of contract information. We thoroughly review the contractual position and ascertain entitlements, producing a summary report with recomended proposed actions and responsibilities for the Client’s benefit. Having definded the objectives, we resource and commit to both time and fee level constraints. To ensure the Client is involved in all stages of the commission we agree a structured communication strategy. Any claims resolution is approached on a proactive basis, eliminating conflict and ensuring all relationships remain positive and stable. LAKOGEP’s staff have a wide diversity of appropriate managerial and practical skills which have been developed throughout their careers. We are as comfortable in the meeting room as we are on site.
